These Terms and Conditions govern your use of pkrvip and apply to every registered member. Read this document carefully. It explains what you can expect from pkrvip, what pkrvip expects from you, and how disputes are handled if they arise. These terms are written to be understood, not to confuse.
You must be 18 or older and a resident with access to legal online gaming to use pkrvip.
All transactions at pkrvip are in PKR via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT, and cards.
All bonus offers at pkrvip are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet at pkrvip, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the pkrvip platform.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement between you ("Member", "You") and pkrvip ("the Platform", "We", "Us") in relation to your use of all services offered at pkrvip.im. This includes but is not limited to casino games such as Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Poker, and Crash Games, as well as Cricket Betting markets and all payment services.
These Terms apply alongside any additional rules, game-specific terms, bonus terms, or promotional conditions that pkrvip may publish separately. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplementary terms, these Terms take precedence unless the supplementary terms explicitly state otherwise.
pkrvip reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Members are encouraged to review this document periodically. The date at the top of this page reflects the version currently in effect.
To register and use pkrvip, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and for the duration of your membership:
pkrvip reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to age verification via CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account suspension or closure.
Each individual may hold only one active pkrvip account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a serious breach of these Terms. pkrvip employs technical and manual verification systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pkrvip may void all associated balances and permanently close all related accounts without prior notice.
When registering at pkrvip, you are required to provide accurate and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Providing false registration details — including a false date of birth — is a breach of these Terms and may result in account termination and forfeiture of any balance held at the time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkrvip login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person. pkrvip will never contact you to request your password. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact pkrvip support immediately at support@pkrvip.im. pkrvip is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login details.
pkrvip operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. A valid CNIC scan or photograph is required before your first withdrawal is processed. pkrvip may request identity documents at any time during your membership. Accounts that cannot be verified to pkrvip's satisfaction may be suspended pending the outcome of the verification process.
pkrvip accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment channels: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source account belongs to another person — are not permitted and may result in the deposit being reversed and the account suspended.
Deposits are credited to your pkrvip wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. In cases where a deposit is confirmed on your side but does not appear in your wallet within 20 minutes, please contact support with your transaction reference number. pkrvip does not accept responsibility for delays caused by payment providers.
pkrvip reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
Withdrawal requests at pkrvip are processed to the same payment account used for the member's most recent deposit, or to another account registered in the member's own verified name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
Your first withdrawal request will require completion of pkrvip's KYC verification process (see Section 3.4). Subsequent withdrawals from a verified account do not require re-verification under standard conditions. pkrvip may apply additional verification checks at its discretion, particularly for large or unusual withdrawal requests.
Important: Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements (see Section 6). Only funds that have satisfied the applicable wagering requirement are available for withdrawal. Your pkrvip wallet dashboard displays your withdrawable balance separately from your total balance at all times.
pkrvip reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing where a transaction requires additional review for compliance, security, or fraud prevention purposes. In such cases, pkrvip will communicate the reason for the delay within four hours of the withdrawal request being submitted.
pkrvip offers bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is communicated to you, including any wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods. The general principles below apply to all pkrvip bonus offers unless a specific offer explicitly states otherwise.
New members are eligible for pkrvip's welcome bonus on their first deposit. The welcome bonus is a match bonus credited as bonus funds — it is not withdrawable cash until the wagering requirement has been met. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated in the specific offer) must be wagered before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus offer.
pkrvip periodically offers cashback promotions and reload bonuses to existing members, including PSL season cashback events. The specific percentage, eligible games, and maximum cashback amount are stated in each individual promotion. Cashback funds are credited to your pkrvip wallet on the schedule stated in the offer terms.
The pkrvip Refer a Friend programme awards both the referring member and the newly registered member a bonus when the new member completes their first qualifying deposit. Referral bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements applicable at the time of the referral. Self-referrals — creating a second account to claim a referral bonus from your own referral link — are strictly prohibited and constitute a breach of these Terms.
pkrvip reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or reclaim bonus funds where it determines that a member has abused a bonus offer. Abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing bets purely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent (bonus washing), exploiting promotional errors, or any other activity that pkrvip reasonably determines was not intended to be covered by the offer.
All games available at pkrvip — including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Poker, Crash Games, and all Cricket Betting markets — are governed by game-specific rules available within each game's interface on the platform. By participating in any game, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of that game.
pkrvip uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) for all card and chance-based games. RNG certification ensures that outcomes are statistically random and not manipulated in favour of the platform or any individual player. Live dealer games and cricket betting markets operate under separate systems — pkrvip uses only reputable providers for these categories.
All bets are final once confirmed. pkrvip does not accept requests to void bets after they have been placed and confirmed in your account, except in circumstances where pkrvip identifies a technical error that affected the outcome. In such cases, pkrvip's decision on how to resolve the affected bets is final.
Cricket Betting: pkrvip settles cricket bets in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, etc.) or the match referee's final determination. In cases of match abandonment, rain interruptions, or DLS-affected results, pkrvip's settlement rules follow the procedures documented in the Cricket Betting section of the platform.
The following activities are strictly prohibited at pkrvip and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:
pkrvip monitors platform activity continuously for suspicious patterns. Where prohibited activity is detected, pkrvip acts without advance notice to protect the integrity of the platform and its broader member community.
pkrvip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account at its discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: breach of any provision of these Terms, failure to complete identity verification, suspected fraudulent activity, or receipt of a regulatory or legal direction to do so.
Where an account is suspended for investigation, pkrvip will communicate the reason within a reasonable timeframe and give the member an opportunity to respond to any concern raised. Where an account is permanently closed due to a breach of Terms, the decision on whether any balance is returned to the member depends on the nature of the breach. In cases of fraud or money laundering, all funds may be retained and reported to relevant authorities.
Members may request voluntary closure of their pkrvip account at any time by contacting support at support@pkrvip.im. Any withdrawable balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the member after standard verification.
pkrvip is committed to responsible gaming. The platform provides tools that every member can use to manage their gaming activity. These tools are available to all members in their account settings and can be activated at any time without requiring support assistance.

pkrvip collects, processes, and stores personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering at pkrvip, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
pkrvip collects registration data (name, CNIC number, date of birth, mobile number), transaction data (deposit and withdrawal history), and usage data (game activity, session logs) for the purposes of operating the platform, processing payments, detecting fraud, satisfying regulatory requirements, and improving the service. pkrvip does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
pkrvip retains transaction and identity records for a minimum of five years in compliance with applicable financial regulations. This retention obligation continues even after account closure.
pkrvip provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While pkrvip makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability, it does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses resulting from temporary unavailability due to maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
pkrvip's liability to any individual member for losses arising from platform errors is limited to the amount of funds held in the affected member's account at the time the error occurred. pkrvip is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including but not limited to: losses of potential winnings on bets that could not be placed due to system unavailability, or losses arising from a member's own failure to secure their account credentials.
Gaming involves financial risk. By depositing and playing at pkrvip, you accept that you may lose the money you deposit. pkrvip operates in accordance with stated odds and game rules, but cannot and does not guarantee that any member will win. The house edge on casino games and the margin on betting markets are disclosed within each game or market. Participation is voluntary and solely at your own risk.
pkrvip reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published at pkrvip.im/terms-conditions with a revised effective date. pkrvip will make reasonable efforts to notify registered members of material changes through in-platform notifications or email.
Your continued use of pkrvip after revised Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept a change, you may close your account in accordance with Section 9. pkrvip is not obligated to honour bets or transactions placed under conditions you claim not to have accepted if you have continued using the platform after the revised Terms were published.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between a member and pkrvip, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through pkrvip's internal complaints process before pursuing any external remedy. pkrvip's internal complaints process can be initiated by emailing support@pkrvip.im with full details of the dispute. pkrvip commits to providing a written response to all formal complaints within 72 hours of receipt.
Where a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process, pkrvip and the member agree to pursue resolution through the dispute mechanism described in the platform's licensing conditions. pkrvip's decisions on all gaming and betting outcomes are final once confirmed by the platform's system, subject only to correction of proven technical errors.

These Terms and Conditions were last reviewed and updated in 2025. The most current version always supersedes any previously published version.
These Terms exist to be fair to both pkrvip and its members. The most important sections for most players are Section 2 (you must be 18+), Section 6 (bonus wagering requirements apply), Section 5 (withdrawals go back to your verified account), and Section 10 (responsible gaming tools are available to you).
