All personal data at pkrvip is stored on encrypted servers. Access is restricted to authorised personnel only, and all access is logged and audited. We do not store plaintext passwords or full payment credentials.

pkrvip retains your data only as long as necessary. Financial and identity records are kept for five years for regulatory compliance. After account closure, non-regulatory data is deleted within 90 days.

This Privacy Policy applies to pkrvip, operating at pkrvip.im. Throughout this document, "pkrvip", "We", "Us", and "Our" refer to the platform and its operating entity. "You", "Member", and "User" refer to any person who registers an account or uses the pkrvip website or services.
pkrvip is an online gaming platform serving Pakistani players across the country. We offer card games including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, and Poker, as well as Crash Games and Cricket Betting. All financial transactions on pkrvip are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) using payment methods that Pakistani users are familiar with — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard cards issued by Pakistani banks.

pkrvip does not collect the full number of your bank card or mobile wallet — only the last four digits are stored for transaction reference purposes. pkrvip does not store your Easypaisa or JazzCash PIN or password. pkrvip does not collect sensitive personal data such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, or biometric data beyond what is present on the CNIC image required for KYC identity verification.

What pkrvip Does Not Do With Your Data: pkrvip does not use your personal data to build advertising profiles. pkrvip does not sell, rent, or share your data with third-party marketers. pkrvip does not use your data to make automated decisions that produce legal effects on you without human review.

pkrvip uses cookies and similar technologies to make the platform work correctly and to understand how it is being used. A cookie is a small file stored on your device when you visit pkrvip.im.

pkrvip sets security cookies to detect unusual login behaviour, identify known fraud patterns, and protect accounts from unauthorised access. These cookies may record device fingerprint information alongside your IP address for security purposes.

pkrvip shares personal data only in the specific circumstances described below. We do not sell, rent, or broker your data to any commercial third party.
When you make a deposit or request a withdrawal, pkrvip shares the minimum necessary data with the relevant payment processor — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, your bank (for IBFT), or your card network (for Visa/Mastercard). This is required to complete the PKR transaction. Each payment processor operates under its own privacy policy and is responsible for data shared with them in connection with transaction processing.
pkrvip may use a third-party identity verification service to assist with KYC processing, particularly for CNIC verification. Any such provider is contractually bound to use your data only for the purpose of verification and to maintain appropriate security standards.
pkrvip may be required to disclose personal data to government authorities, financial intelligence units, law enforcement, or regulatory bodies where required by applicable law or pursuant to a valid legal order. pkrvip will disclose only what is legally required and will, where legally permissible, notify the affected member.
In the event of a business transfer, merger, or acquisition involving pkrvip, your personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of the transaction. You will be notified of any such transfer and your data will continue to be processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy or a policy that provides equivalent or greater protection.
pkrvip never shares your personal data with advertisers, data brokers, marketing agencies, or any unaffiliated third party for commercial purposes.

After the applicable retention period expires, pkrvip securely deletes or irreversibly anonymises the relevant data. Where data forms part of a set with different retention periods, the longer period applies to the full set until its expiry.

Technical and operational safeguards protecting your data.
pkrvip is strictly an 18+ platform. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18. If pkrvip discovers that a member is under 18, their account will be closed immediately, any deposits will be refunded after verification, and all associated data will be handled in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
If you believe a person under 18 has registered at pkrvip, please contact us immediately at support@pkrvip.im. Using false date of birth information to circumvent the age restriction is a breach of pkrvip's Terms and Conditions and may have legal consequences.
pkrvip may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, legal requirements, or platform functionality. When we make changes, the revised policy will be published at pkrvip.im/privacy-policy with an updated effective date at the top of the page.
